Pregnancy is such a beautiful, fleeting season, full of excitement, anticipation and so much love. Our maternity sessions capture this special chapter in a natural, relaxed way so you can remember exactly how it felt before your world grew. What to expect Maternity sessions run for 60 minutes, with time to settle in, change outfits, and take breaks whenever you need them. Alessandro guides you through each part of the session, so there’s no pressure to know how to pose. We go at your pace, and comfort comes first. Partners and children are welcome at no extra charge. FAQs When should I book? Most people book their session somewhere between 28 and 36 weeks, when the bump is showing but you’re still feeling comfortable. It’s worth booking a few weeks ahead to secure a time that suits you. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll help you choose. I’m not comfortable in front of the camera. Will that matter? Not at all, and you’re definitely not the only one. Alessandro guides you through every part of the session, step by step, so you don’t need any experience. Most people find they relax within the first few minutes. What should I wear? Wear something you feel comfortable and like yourself in. Fitted pieces or soft, flowing fabrics both show off the bump beautifully, and simple, solid colours tend to photograph best. If you want to show off the bump then a open shirt or crop top and jeans or pants work well too. Bring a couple of options and we’ll help you decide on the day. Can my partner and children be in the photos? Yes, and we’d love that. We can photograph you on your own as well as together, so you have both. What if I need to move the date? Pregnancy can be unpredictable, so you can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any further reschedules, or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice, carry an $80 fee. Additional images are available to purchase if you fall in love with more, as well as printed products through our online store. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancelling Plans change, especially with little ones. Here is how it works. Rescheduling • You can reschedule your session once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Newborn sessions: babies keep their own timetable, so you can reschedule your newborn session once at no charge, at any time. • Any further reschedule, or a change with less than 48 hours’ notice (maternity and family sessions), carries an $80 rescheduling fee. Cancelling • More than 7 days before your session: full refund. • Within 7 days (except the last 24 hours before) of your session: $80 cancellation fee, and the rest is refunded. • Within 24 hours of your session, or if you don't turn up: no refund. If something unexpected comes up, get in touch. We would rather talk it through.
