1. What types of portraits do you offer?
We specialise in timeless studio portraits for individuals, couples, families, and children. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, refreshing your personal branding, or simply capturing connection—we’ll create something you’ll love.
2. Where is the studio located?
You’ll find us in Melbourne’s Inner West at:
6/1 Hillary St, Braybrook VIC 3019
Once you book, we’ll send detailed directions and parking info to make arrival easy.
3. Is there parking available
Yes! There’s parking available right outside the studio, plus extra spots nearby—handy if you’re bringing extended family.
4. What should we wear for our photoshoot?
We recommend neutral tones, soft textures, and avoiding loud prints or logos. Simplicity photographs beautifully. Coordinated outfits help create a cohesive look, especially for group sessions.
5. What if I’m not photogenic or feel awkward in front of a camera?
You’re not alone—this is one of the most common concerns we hear!
Our sessions are relaxed and fully guided, with natural poses, gentle direction, and plenty of candid moments. We focus on real connection and help you feel confident and at ease from the moment you walk in.
6. How long does a session take?
Studio sessions usually run between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the session type and number of people.
Bringing extended family? Just let us know in advance so we can allow extra time and space.
7. Can we bring outfit changes?
Yes! We encourage 1–2 outfit options so you get variety in your images. Just make sure everything is clean, ironed, and ready to go.
8. What facilities are available? Do you have baby change facilities?
Yes. We have a private changing area with a mirror, clothes rack, baby change table, and space for feeding. There’s also a bathroom onsite, and we’re happy to help warm a bottle if needed.
9. Do you photograph children or babies?
Absolutely—we love working with little ones. Sessions are calm, playful, and designed to help kids feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera.
10. Do you offer digital images or printed products?
Yes—we offer both. Every session includes a selection of high-resolution digital images. You can also purchase additional files, as well as fine art prints, framed pieces, or custom albums through us. We believe your portraits deserve to be seen, not just stored on a screen.
11. When will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive a private online gallery within 1–2 weeks of your session to choose your favourites.
Printed products take a little longer—please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery.
12. What if your packages don’t suit my needs?
That’s no problem. Send us a message with what you're looking for, and we’ll do our best to create a custom package tailored to you.
13. Do you offer at-home or outdoor sessions too?
Yes, we do! If you’d prefer a session at your home or in an outdoor location, just get in touch via our contact form. We’d love to chat and find the perfect time and place for your shoot.
14. Do you offer event photography?
Yes—we also offer photography for events like birthdays, team gatherings, engagements, and more. Reach out via our contact form or email us with your event details, and we’ll send through more information.
